At Gemsprt Export, we meticulously craft each jewelry piece, ensuring it undergoes rigorous quality checks before reaching our clients. Our return policy is applicable only in cases where products are damaged in transit or if a wrong product has been received. Should you encounter any issues with your received product, we are committed to assisting you promptly.
Eligibility for Return
Only products with irregularities, such as damage in transit or manufacturing defects, are eligible for refunds.
Return Process
If you’ve received a damaged product, please contact us via email/WhatsApp immediately. The product must be returned in its original condition, with the original packing, box, invoices, warranty cards (if any), and tags intact. Eligible products can only be returned within 14 days after the delivery date. To initiate a refund for your damaged product, provide us with the following details:
- Your Name
- Order ID
- A couple of images of the damaged product
Within 24 hours, you will receive a reply from our team along with tracking details for the damaged product to be picked up. After receiving the product, we will conduct a quality check. Once your return has been approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 14 days for the entire return process to be completed.
Important Notes
- Only products damaged in transit or with manufacturing defects are eligible for return and refund.
- Products on sale are not eligible for return and refund.
- We kindly request you not to accept parcels that have been torn or unsealed before you receive them.
Customized Products
No customized products are eligible for a refund unless you have received the wrong customization or the product has a manufacturing defect. To claim a refund for your customized product, follow the return process instructions as mentioned above.
The return/cashback amount will be determined by our team at Gemsprt Export. If any coupon, discount, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the refund amount will be reduced by the equivalent amount. Refunds will be credited to the member’s credit card account or bank account within the time span stipulated by the issuing bank.
Insurance
Rest assured, all goods will be fully insured by Gemsport Export until they reach you, ensuring that your purchase is 100% safe.
