  • Free International Shipping: We provide complimentary international shipping for all orders.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders typically take 4-5 business days to process. Please note that customized orders may require additional processing time.
  • Delivery Timeline: Products will be delivered within 14 working days of receiving the order. In some cases, this timeline may vary due to complexity, and any such variations will be communicated to customers in advance.
  • Payment Requirement: All shipments will be processed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Shipment Notification: Customers will be notified once their order is shipped. Any changes in the delivery time will also be communicated promptly.
  • Package Inspection: We strongly advise all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting or signing for receipt.
  • Insurance: All products will be insured during transit for added security.
  • Reporting Issues: In the rare event of tampering or loss of your shipment, please report it to Gemsportexport immediately.
  • Rerouting Shipment: Once a shipment is dispatched, rerouting is not possible.

 CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

At Gemsport Export, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to accommodate our customers’ needs to the best of our ability. Hence, we have implemented a flexible cancellation policy. Please review the following terms:

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, please note that cancellation requests cannot be accommodated if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
  • Exclusion: Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Limited Occasion Offers: No cancellations are entertained for products obtained by the Gemsport Export marketing team on special occasions such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Diwali, Navratri, Valentine’s Day, etc. These offers are limited-time and therefore cancellations are not feasible.
  • Product Discrepancy: If you believe that the product received does not match the description on the site or meet your expectations, please notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will thoroughly investigate your complaint and take appropriate action.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please direct the issue to the respective manufacturer for resolution.
